It all started when…
In March of 2003, Wendell Miller founded Renewal Homes and began designing and building personalized homes for his clients. His motto, Adding Life to Your Future, communicates his mission to create homes that are inspiring, beautiful, and highly functional.
Diane Miller, a former art teacher, is a designer in her own right. She is available to work with clients on interior details. Her signature artwork is produced using a process called Live Leaf Motif, made from dried leaves, native to the area surrounding the build site.
Jason Yoder is our project manager. He handles a variety of details from start to finish, including first contact on most inquiries.

Q: When should I contact a builder?
A: Renewal Homes is a design/build company, meaning that we can handle the building process from design through the completion of the project. We can start working with a client even before they are sure of what they want. Wendell wants to hear your hopes and expectations of your future home so he can help you think through options and make sure your home is not simply custom, but personalized.
Q: What if I've already found the floor plan I want?
A: Great! Bring it along to your first visit with Wendell and he'll walk through it with you. Maybe it's perfect the way it is...or maybe it needs to be tweaked to make it just-right for you.
Q: Do I have to have property to get started?
A: It's helpful, but not necessary. We have relationships with great realtors in the area and can help you make necessary connections to find a great spot to build. And once you've settled on a build site, we will visit to assist you in getting the most out of your location.
Q: What if I am looking for a renovation/addition?
A: Lets get started! If you’re happy with the things you can’t change about your home, the neighborhood, the view, the school district, and the drive to work, then additions and remodel projects are a great option.
