My wife & I hired Renewal Homes to build our new house--which was completed in April of 2019. Wendell & his team are 'top-notch' and handled everything. In the 'fall' of 2018 we worked with Renewal Homes on the design, made all our interior & exterior selections and EVERYTHING ELSE. Then we spent the entire winter in another state. When we came back in April, we walked in to our new (completely finished) house for the first time. It was like a dream. A day later my neighbor across the street asked me how I could be 1,200 miles away for 5 months--while our house was being built. I simply replied, "The key is to hire a builder you can trust."
